  1. Apply to join

    Job seekers and founders both go through a short application. We conduct personal interviews for everyone on the platform. Only the top 1% gets in.

  2. Make your case

    After being approved, both founders and job seekers upload a short video pitch (60–120 seconds) to make their case. Your profile, your story, in your own words.

  3. Get matched

    Both sides can show interest. When interest is mutual, an interview is scheduled straightaway. No cold applications, no waiting in a queue.
