Job seekers and founders both go through a short application. We conduct personal interviews for everyone on the platform. Only the top 1% gets in.
Make your case
After being approved, both founders and job seekers upload a short video pitch (60–120 seconds). Founders pitch the roles they are hiring for. Job seekers pitch about what kind of roles they are looking for and why a startup should hire them.
Get matched
Both sides can show interest. When the interest is mutual, an interview is scheduled straightaway.
